¿Cómo instalar el programa gr-gsm?

Estoy intentando instalar un programa nombrado gr-gsmen mi sistema. Entonces, seguí la guía oficial deaquípero cuando ingresé el comando cmake ..(mientras seguía la guía de instalación) me devuelve este error.

No sé qué está causando este error, así que busqué en Google y encontré un hilo en el repositorio git del autor. Pero eso no ayuda mucho. Así que estoy aquí buscando vuestra ayuda. Por favor ayúdenme de alguna manera a solucionar este error.

El repositorio original en osmocom.org solo es compatible con GNU Radio 3.9 y Ubuntu 22.04 viene con GNU Radio 3.10 si lo instala con apt install gnuradio.

Pude construir gr-gsmen Ubuntu 22.04 usandoeste tenedordebkerler. El proceso es el mismo que para el repositorio original, pero agregaron algunos parches al código que le permiten compilarlo en Ubuntu 22.04 con GNU Radio 3.10.

Usé la rama predeterminada maint-3.10_with_multiarfcn.
