Tenía un punto de acceso en el punto de acceso WiFi de 5 Ghz que se ejecutaba con ubuntu 20.04 y hostapd (versión del servidor Ubuntu, sin GUI).
Después de actualizar a Ubuntu 22.04, el punto de acceso ya no funcionó. La conclusión después de leer muchas páginas es: Hay un cambio regulatorio (dependiente del país) que requiere otros estándares 802.11 que no son compatibles con mi hardware.
Esto se puede ver claramente en el último registro que proporcionó:
