Seguí las instrucciones deaquípara instalar .NET 7 SDK después de haber instalado .NET 6 SDK desde el feed de Ubuntu.
wget https://packages.microsoft.com/config/ubuntu/22.04/packages-microsoft-prod.deb -O packages-microsoft-prod.deb
sudo dpkg -i packages-microsoft-prod.deb
rm packages-microsoft-prod.deb
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install dotnet-sdk-7.0da como resultado este error:

Podría hacer funcionar la instalación del SDK de .NET 7 agregando el archivo /etc/apt/preferencescomo se describeaquí:
Package: dotnet-sdk-7.0
Pin: origin "packages.microsoft.com"
Pin-Priority: 999
Pero .NET 6 SDK dejó de funcionar.
