sudo apt-get -y install cuda

La clave fue poder instalar encabezados de Linux con el siguiente comando:
sudo apt-get install linux-headers-`uname -r`
Como no pudo instalar los encabezados del kernel, produjo el siguiente registro:

Por lo tanto, intenté cambiar el kernel a 5.15.0-60, volver a ejecutar sudo apt-get install linux-headers-uname -r y reintenté la instalación del controlador conIntento 3. Creo que otros intentos enumerados anteriormente también funcionarían después de cambiar el kernel.
