No se puede actualizar debido a actualizaciones, pero no se puede actualizar porque no hay soporte

Quiero actualizar mi LTS 18.04.6 al siguiente LTS, pero no me deja porque cree que hay actualizaciones que debo hacer primero. Sin embargo, estas actualizaciones no funcionan y generan un error con "verifique su conexión a Internet", creo que porque ahora solo están disponibles como soporte extendido.

Intenté cambiar /etc/apt/sources.list para usar old-releases.ubuntu.com, pero no parece ayudar.

Bien, supongo que me equivoqué al cambiar mi /etc/apt/source.list a old-releases.ubuntu.com y no ayudó, pero desmarcar los 4 o 5 inferiores en la GUI de repente desbloqueó la actualización. .

Uno se pregunta si simplemente desmarcar todas las fuentes desde el principio hubiera funcionado también, pero lamentablemente ya no puedo probar esto.

La actualización parece haber ido bien.
