Tu publicación fue un poco difícil de leer, pero tus mensajes se ven.anticuadopaquetes;

p.ej. Busqué un paquete y el resultado esperado es

vim-common | 2:8.2.3995-1ubuntu2.10 | jammy-updates    | all
vim-common | 2:8.2.3995-1ubuntu2.10 | jammy-security   | all

cual esnolo que estás tratando de obtener, es decir. actualice sus listas de software usando

sudo apt update

y lea el resultado para comprobar que no hay advertencias/errores que deban solucionarse; luego, al volver a intentarlo, el problema actual no debería volver a ocurrir.
