Ya tengo un nodo MAAS implementado usando la opción juju bootstrap --upgrade tools y cuando ejecuto sudo openstack-instally selecciono la opción Autopilot. Parece que se está acabando el tiempo entropy.ubuntu.com. Mi proxy y DNS están configurados y puedo realizar wget y nslookup desde el servidor MAAS como se muestra a continuación:
