Recibo este error en roundcube cuando intento enviar correo desde mi dominio a otro servidor de correo como Gmail.

También estoy usando ISPconfig 3.

Tendrá que editar la mynetworksconfiguración para incluir las redes desde las que Postfix reenviará el correo. Esta configuración existe para evitar la retransmisión de correo desde cualquier dirección a cualquier dirección, lo que se llama "retransmisión abierta" y que les encanta a los spammers.
