Quiero empezar a escuchar en mi servidor, pero libvirtd no se puede ejecutar. Aquí está el registro de errores:

Sin saber nada sobre su problema, creo que la parte importante del mensaje de error es la siguiente:
'The kernel doesn't support the ebtables 'nat' table.'
Hice una búsqueda rápida y hay algunos recursos.

También vi un módulo del kernel llamado 'ebtables' y otro llamado 'ebtable_nat' que puedes habilitar con modprobe.
