Instalé Ubuntu 18.04 usando la tienda de Windows y comencé a usarlos, pero tengo un problema. No puedo instalar ningún paquete y el terminal sigue devolviendo estos errores.

Tuve el mismo problema que tú y encontré la solución temporal en este hilo de github: https://github.com/Microsoft/WSL/issues/3274
