Estoy ejecutando 19.04 y lo seguí.La sugerencia de fuente completa no funciona en Ubuntu 18.04para habilitar sugerencias de fuentes completas. Funciona para aplicaciones gráficas como Chromium, pero no para mi terminal (urxvt). ¿Cómo habilito las sugerencias de fuentes completas para urxvt?

Aquí hay una captura de pantalla en paralelo de urxvt (izquierda) frente a emacs (derecha). La fuente de emacs es un poco más nítida. Admito que la diferencia no parece tan impresionante, pero en el trabajo uso un monitor 4K con la resolución establecida en 1920x1080 y, por alguna razón, la diferencia es mucho más pronunciada.

La sugerencia de fuente completa se realiza con líneas como Xft*hintstyle: hintfully Xft*hinting: true. Se pueden agregar a su ~/.Xdefaultsarchivo. Aquí hay algunas líneas mías:
Xft*dpi: 82
Xft*antialias: true
Xft*hinting: true
Xft*rgba: rgb
Xft*autohint: false
Xft*hintstyle: hintfull
Xft*lcdfilter: lcddefault
URxvt*letterSpace: -2
Hay muchas cosas que puedes agregar, como elegir diferentes fuentes, etc. Puedes jugar con la configuración hasta que obtengas algo que te guste. Todos somos diferentes.:
