Después de eliminar, purgar y reinstalar MySQL debido a una mala instalación que lo dejó atascado en un estado en el que no se desinstalaba ni se instalaba, ya no es accesible desde los clientes MySQL, sino que se ejecuta desde la línea de comandos. Webmin parece poder acceder a él y muestra los usuarios y accesos adecuados, pero ningún cliente de escritorio lo abre.
Estoy ejecutando Ubuntu 21.04, ¿qué está pasando?

Al ver que unknown option '--bind-address 0.0.0.0'comenté la línea /etc/mysql/my.confy el servicio de MySQL ahora se reinicia pero aún no se abre en ningún cliente.
No estoy seguro si está relacionado, pero noté que Apache2 tampoco se está ejecutando, así que aquí hay un resultado adicional:
