Recientemente compré el reemplazo de batería BT04 BT04XL para un HP EliteBook Folio 9470M con 20.04 LTS. La batería se reconoce y se descargará cuando se desconecte, pero luego, para recargarla (cuando la computadora portátil se vuelva a enchufar), primero se debe quitar (desconectar) la batería de la computadora portátil y luego volver a instalarla. Una vez reconectada, la batería se cargará normalmente.
¿Algunas ideas?
