Entonces parece que apt-get no puede descargar el archivo, pero wget puede descargarlo:

¿Alguna idea de cuál podría ser el problema?
EDITAR: La pregunta y respuesta mencionadas se refieren a un repositorio específico que no está disponible y el autor de la pregunta recibe un error 404. En mi caso el repositorio está disponible y no hay ningún error 404.
Además lo siguiente no son errores, son advertencias y avisos:
