Intentando configurar el certificado SSL pero después de que Apache a2ensite se niega a iniciar

Como dice el título, estoy en un sistema recién instalado ubuntu 16.04,

Ejecuto el estado del servicio sudo apache2 y muestra:

No se me ocurre dónde está el problema. Recién hice el certificado, lo puse en la carpeta correcta y, siempre que tenga acceso a este sitio SSL, Apache2 se apagará inmediatamente.

el registro de errores muestra: 'AH00016: Error de configuración' solo esto

Si desactivo el sitio SSL, otros sitios funcionan perfectamente

Se agradece cualquier persona que pueda ayudar o aportar ideas.

Lo más probable es que se trate de un problema con los archivos de su certificado SSL. ¿Puedes verificarlos con esto?http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/en/ssl/ssl_faq.html#verify
