Reset Mac Function Keys

Question

Un amigo tiene una MacBook (13 pulgadas, finales de 2007), de alguna manera logró estropear todas las teclas de función.

Logré restablecer los del tablero, exponer, etc., pero reproducir/pausar/avance rápido/rebobinar/aumentar volumen/disminuir volumen no funciona.

¿Alguna idea sobre lo que sucedió aquí y cómo solucionarlo?

Hay un par de cosas:

1. Menú Apple -> Preferencias del Sistema -> Teclado
2. Desmarque "Usar todas las teclas F1, F2, etc. como teclas estándar"
3. Haga clic en "Atajos de teclado"
4. Haga clic en "Restaurar valores predeterminados"

Also, does this behavior occur under a new user account? If it does not, I would be inclined to trash any files from the first user's library related to keyboard - or simply migrate to the new user account, whichever is easier.

Go to System Preferences and click Keyboard. There is an option to switch the behavior.

You can use the utility FunctionFlip to change the keys from Fn keys to special features. Maybe that can help fix the problem.
