@msw: No parece ser el mismo error. No he experimentado congelamiento ni bloqueo. No he necesitado reiniciar ni apagar y encender mi máquina.
@Tim: las únicas configuraciones de energía que tengo disponibles son "poner la pantalla en suspensión en XX minutos". Lo deshabilité por completo y pasó dos noches sin cerrar sesión. Quizás poner la pantalla en suspensión provoque que xorg falle. Informaré si veo que el error vuelve a aparecer.
