Cómo hacer que la ruta completa del directorio siempre se muestre en la terminal Mac (como la terminal Linux)

En mi terminal Ubuntu siempre tengo el directorio actual mostrado completamente. Así como esto:

blabla@blublu:~/music/my_album/classical/beethoven$

Pero en mi terminal Mac (Mac OS X 10.6.5) no muestra la ruta completa y es así:

blabas-MacBook-Pro:beethoven clásico$

¿Hay alguna forma de cambiar el comportamiento del terminal Mac para que actúe como un terminal Linux?

Para permitir que bash devuelva "usuario@nombredehost:ruta/al/directorio$" como mensaje, agregue la siguiente línea a su ~/.bash_profile:

export PS1='\u@\H:\w$'

o

export PS1='\u@\H:\w$ '

si te gusta tener un espacio entre $ y el comando

Para que los cambios surtan efecto inmediatamente, ejecute el siguiente comando en cada ventana abierta (o reinicie la Terminal):

source ~/.bash_profile

Lo hice para que se pareciera mucho al terminal centOS de mi Mac. Abra bash_profile, en la terminal

nano ~/.bash_profile

Añade lo siguiente

# Show always fullpath on terminal
export PS1='\u@\H [\w]$ '

Reinicie la Terminal y luego se verá así

[email protected] [/Applications/MAMP/htdocs]$

Si no desea editar su, ~/.bash_profiletambién puede configurar el perfil de su terminal. Haga clic en Terminal > Prefencesy desde allí vaya a la Profilespestaña y luego a la Shellpestaña. Habilitar [x] Run commandy entrar export PS1='\u@\H:\w$ '.

Es simplemente otra forma de hacerlo.
