Me han encargado la tarea de convertir algunos vídeos pregrabados de GoToMeeting del formato wmv al mp4. Tengo la aplicación de transcodificación GoToMeeting disponible en Citrix (g2mtranscoder.exe) que toma el wmv fuente y lo hace para que ffmpeg pueda funcionar con el wmv. El problema que tengo es cuando intento tomar ese wmv y transcodificarlo a mp4.
Estoy usando la última versión estática precompilada de ffmpeg para Windows desde aquíhttp://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/
Aquí está la línea de comando que estoy usando para comenzar la conversión:
"C:\ffmpeg\ffmpeg.exe" -i "999_1366_768_g2m_transcoded.wmv" -f "mp4" -b "1000k" -r "30" -ab "128k" -ar "22050" -s "1366x768" -strict "experimental" -y "999.mp4"
Aquí está la salida de FFMPEG. La última línea es donde la ventana de DOS parece dejar de ejecutarse/bloquearse (cuando digo bloquear me refiero a que sólo la ventana de DOS está bloqueada, no toda la máquina):

¿Alguien tiene alguna idea de por qué bloquea la ventana de DOS y básicamente no puede convertir el archivo a mp4? Un amigo lo probó en una máquina Linux y pudo convertir el video sin problemas.
