Entonces lo intenté:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install virtualbox-4.1
Y no funciona, ¿cómo lo instalo? Y también tengo una imagen, ¿cómo ejecuto eso? Después de instalar virtualbox, simplemente lo hago../image.vdi

Lo intenté ./image.vdiy me sale este error:
./smon.vdi: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `>'
./smon.vdi: line 1: `<<< Oracle VM VirtualBox Disk Image >>>'
Supongo que esta no es la forma de empezar.
