"Comando no encontrado" es bastante diferente a "no parece estar funcionando".
O lspci se instaló en un lugar que no está en su ruta, o usa un shell que necesita un refrito para actualizar el caché de su directorio.
Tenga en cuenta que intentó ejecutarlo como usuario normal. Por lo tanto, /sbin, /usr/sbin y /usr/local/sbin probablemente no estén en su camino.
