¿Cómo recuperar detalles como título, subtítulo y longitud de un archivo MP3 mediante la línea de comando?

Quiero crear un archivo por lotes que pueda enumerar todos los detalles de los archivos mp3 presentes en un directorio de un archivo. Si digo wmic no obtengo los detalles del álbum o artista.

La longitud se puede obtener coninformación sobre herramientasInfo.bat
