Intenté actualizar Foxit Reader y dejó el directorio en un estado ilegible. No puedo ver el directorio, ni siquiera eliminarlo, ni siquiera como administrador. ¿Cómo me deshago de él para poder reinstalarlo?

El problema era que Brother Control Center tenía un bloqueo en el archivo. No sé por qué se estaba ejecutando Brother Control Center (no lo ejecuté, no se inicia al arrancar), pero tenía un bloqueo. Maté el proceso y el directorio desapareció. Encontré el candado con 'Process Explorer' y busqué 'Foxit Reader'. Había dos bloqueos para el mismo proceso, 'BrCtrlCntr.exe'.
