¿Cómo sé cuánta memoria en la GPU está utilizando cada proceso, el código compilado CUDA usando 1 procesador y accediendo a 1 de las 2 tarjetas Tesla M2090 disponibles en un nodo de 16 núcleos en una HPC?

Hay una herramienta que se llama nvidia-smi. Viene con los controladores nVidia CUDA. Le indica qué PID está usando la GPU:
