Estoy ejecutando este comando:
sudo pecl install ssh2
Resulta el siguiente registro y sale con un error:

Como puede ver, dice que no puede encontrar libssh2. Sin embargo, cuando ejecuto el comando:
sudo yum install libssh2
Dice que ya está instalado:
Setting up Install Process
Package libssh2-1.4.2-1.el6.x86_64 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do
Ahora, supongo que, por alguna razón, el instalador de pecl no puede encontrar la instalación de libssh2. ¿Cómo puedo darle a reconocer ese camino? ¿Existe alguna forma alternativa sencilla de hacerlo correctamente?

Es posible que tengas más suerte si utilizas phpseclib, un cliente PHP SSH puro, para emular libssh2:

Lo hice yum install libssh2-devely luego sudo pecl install ssh2-0.12y trabajé.
