Vea si las siguientes soluciones funcionan o no.

Monte la ISO con cualquier software de CD virtual. Copie el contenido montado en una carpeta local, por ejemplo, C:\temp\vs2013\ Ejecute “vs_ultimate.exe” desde la carpeta local.
