
Amigos, no tengo ni idea. Tengo una máquina con las configuraciones anteriores. Por alguna extraña razón, en momentos aleatorios se niega a arrancar, los ventiladores giran pero parece que no se genera energía suficiente para publicar (este es el efecto percibido, no puedo probarlo ya que por ahora no encontré ninguna alteración en las mediciones de tensión en la fuente) . Como mi unidad de potencia tenía 5 años, la reemplacé por una nueva con 750 vatios (reales), pero en momentos aleatorios la máquina no se enciende. Esto sucede incluso cuando la máquina está fría (es decir, no se usa durante días). No parece funcionar si inicié la última vez en Windows o Linux.
Un técnico me sugirió reemplazar mi cable HDMI de la GPU al monitor por uno DVI, sinceramente no veo ninguna correlación en el intercambio con respecto a la eficiencia de arranque. Quitar la gpu tampoco pareció hacer ninguna diferencia. Lo que noté después de cambiar la unidad de potencia es que siempre tengo la máquina para encender, a veces no llego al paso posterior pero los ventiladores giran.

Intentaría eliminar todos los componentes que no sean absolutamente necesarios. Desenchufe elementos como tarjetas PCI, unidades de DVD, etc. y vea si el problema persiste. Si no es así, puedes intentar volver a agregarlos lentamente a la mezcla.
Hacen "Postales" para situaciones como esta. No el medio de cambio para cartas de correo... sino una tarjeta PCI o PCI-E con indicadores LED con un código de dos dígitos que te indicará el problema. Puede buscar ese código y debería indicarle en qué etapa de la máquina no se inicia.

Ampliando la ayuda de depuración muy clara de @Super1337 a una aún más exacta:
- Desenchufartodolo que puedas y comprueba si está bien.
- De lo contrario, su placa base sufrirá daños irreparables.
- En caso afirmativo, vuelva a conectar todos uno por uno para ver con qué dispositivo volverá a funcionar mal.
- Si esto no es suficiente para determinar qué dispositivo podría causarlo, nuevamente se trata de un problema de la placa base (vaya a 2).
Un problema común de los circuitos impresos de las computadoras actuales, quefuerzaHay que pasar muchas veces sobre las mismas películas de cobre entre sus capas. Para un chip simple puede estar bien, pero por ejemplo en las ranuras USB pronto se vuelve problemático. Esto se debe a que tantos dispositivos USB también tienen un enchufe para alimentación externa, y a esto se debe que tantos elementos de hardware necesiten un cable de alimentación que provenga directamente de su fuente de alimentación.
Desafortunadamente, los problemas de energía causan principalmente los peores problemas de hardware depurables y más místicos. En su caso, la causa probable del problema es que su hardware intenta obtener una cantidad anormal de energía en el arranque, que a veces puede fluir a través de la fina capa de cobre de su placa base y otras no, depende de casos de peligro pseudoaleatorios.
Ps, a veces, las actualizaciones de BIOS con errores también pueden causar problemas similares. Sugiero una actualización del BIOS y un cambio a una nueva batería de la placa base.

Bien chicos, hice lo sugerido y después de muchas luchas descubrí uno de mis disipadores en el mobo.
. Al aplicarle presión manual, la máquina arrancaría. Terminé reemplazando mobo y procesador y la máquina ahora está bien.
