No he podido hacer que algunas cámaras web diferentes funcionen en CentOS 6.6. (Logitech C270 y Creative Live! Cam Sync HD)

Este es un error conocido con cámaras web en CentOS 6.6 y reportado como Bugzilla #1158988 con Red Hat.

Según el informe de error 7815 de CentOS al que hace referencia mogga, el error ya se ha solucionado en kernels posteriores (a partir de 2.6.32-504.1.3.el6). Si no lo ha hecho, debe actualizar el kernel al último kernel CentOS-6. Eso debería resolver el problema.
