Mi topología es la siguiente:

Mi enrutador WiFi es un RT-AC66R y tiene el último firmware oficial. Cambié los cables de red y los puertos del enrutador mientras solucionaba este problema, pero nada cambió.
Las IP son 192.168.1.217 (A) y 192.168.1.164 (B).
Inmediatamente después de encender la computadora con Windows, los tiempos de ping desde la computadora Mac son de unos pocos milisegundos. Después de un tiempo, comienza a degradarse:
