El archivo por lotes no se ejecutará como administrador a menos que se realice a través del indicador cmd

Estoy intentando escribir un archivo por lotes que apague Apache y copie algunos archivos. Esto es todo lo que tengo en el guión por el momento:

"C:\Apache24\bin\httpd.exe" -k stop

Si ejecuto el archivo por lotes normalmente o hago clic derecho y selecciono "ejecutar como administrador", la ventana de la consola parpadea y puedo ver brevemente el mensaje "Acceso denegado".

Si, en cambio, abro un mensaje de cmd como administrador y luego ejecuto el archivo por lotes a través de él, funciona perfectamente. Por favor ayuda, necesito hacer esta tarea diariamente y quiero que sea tan rápido como un doble clic

Yo uso Windows 7 Pro por cierto.

Según mi comentario anterior, si se metió con su asociación de registro, haga una copia de seguridad de su registro, luego guarde lo siguiente como un .reg y solicite restablecer los valores predeterminados de W7 para .BAT:

Pruebe esto. Solicita el mensaje UAC y ejecuta el comando como administrador.

Has probado

runas /noprofile /user:mymachine\administrator cmd

está bajo (uso de runas: ejemplos), por lo que debería funcionar.
