Recientemente reemplacé un SSD por un SSD más grande. solíaclonezillapara clonar el disco antiguo al nuevo. Después de eso uséGpartido en vivopara cambiar el tamaño de la partición existente, empujando la partición de intercambio hasta el final del disco. También actualicé de Ubuntu 16.04 a 18.04.
Después de finalizar con éxito los pasos anteriores, noto que elel tiempo de arranque se hizo mucho más largo. Encontré algunos hilos similares (vinculados a continuación) y probé lo que se sugiere allí. Sin embargo, el tiempo de arranque no se redujo al tiempo previo al cambio de disco.

También comenté /dev/disk/by-id/usb-..porque creo que esta era la memoria USB desde la que inicié GParted Live. No tengo idea de por qué todavía está definido allí.

Sospecho que hay un archivo de 'currículum'
/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume
que apunta al UUID que ya no se encuentra. Puede modificar ese archivo para que apunte al UUID correcto para la partición de intercambio y ejecutar
sudo update-initramfs -u

Hay una diferencia entre su caso y el caso del informe de error,
- en tu caso estás usando una partición de intercambio
- en el caso del informe de error se utiliza un archivo de intercambio (por lo que no hay una partición de intercambio a la que se deba señalar).
