Accidentalmente configuré la asociación de archivos .bat al bloc de notas. Esto se hizo yendo al panel de Programas predeterminados y configurándolo para que se ejecute con el Bloc de notas. He probado todo lo que puedo encontrar sobre este tema. Eliminé la opción ELECCIÓN DE USUARIO en regedit, intenté fusionar con el archivo reg, probé varios programas de restauración de asociaciones, eliminé la asociación por completo y no funcionó. No importa lo que intente, se abrirá en el Bloc de notas o solicitará que se abra un programa. No estoy seguro de si hay un programa en el que se abre de forma predeterminada, pero realmente me vendría bien un poco de ayuda. He estado investigando y probando todo durante una semana sin avanzar hacia una solución.

Tienes que ejecutar lo siguiente..regarchivo como administrador, luego elimine manualmente la siguiente clave manualmente:

Ejecute el archivo de registro como administrador:
