Tengo un disco duro. Estaba intentando desfragmentarlo, y la primera vez el cursor de Windows 7 se congeló y todo lo demás se volvió negro y la segunda vez apareció una pantalla azul (no sé cuál era el código). Básicamente no hay más información que dar.

Probablemente tengas sectores defectuosos en tu disco duro.

Desde un símbolo del sistema administrativo: chkdsk/Rc:

Decirpara hacer esto en el próximo reinicio. Espere hasta que tenga horas libres, reinicie y deje que se ejecute la prueba. Quizás justo antes de acostarte.
