SSLSCAN no se ejecuta correctamente después de eliminar TLS1.0

AÚN SOY UN NOVATO EN UBUNTU, disculpe si es una tontería.. Publiqué esta pregunta en Askubuntu pero alguien sugirió publicarla aquí en superuser.com.

Me pidieron que dejara de admitir cifrados TLS1.0. Busqué en Google y descubrí que agregar la siguiente línea a ssl.conf puede eliminar TLS1.0 de httpd:

SSLProtocol all -TLSv1

Hay un "sslscan" en Kali Linux que estoy usando para escanear la IP con el puerto 443 para enumerar los cifrados admitidos por esa IP.

Ahora, antes de eliminar el cifrado TLS1.0, SSLSCAN funcionó correctamente y dio los resultados adecuados como se muestra a continuación:

Failed to connect to get certificate.

¿Por qué después de eliminar los cifrados TLS1.0, sslscan no puede conectarse para obtener certificados? ¿Estoy eliminando TLS1.0 incorrectamente? En caso afirmativo, ¿cuál es la forma correcta de deshabilitar o eliminar los cifrados TLS1.0? ¿O es normal? ¿Sslscan usa solo TLS1.0 para escanear la IP con el puerto 443 que había deshabilitado, es decir, no puede obtener el certificado?
