Mi dominio (llamémoslo acmecorp.com) está configurado con un comodín de modo que *@acmecorp.com redirige a mi correo electrónico principal[correo electrónico protegido]

Habiendo recibido recientemente el siguiente correo electrónico, me pregunto si debo tomar alguna medida. Nunca he usado la dirección:[correo electrónico protegido]

Eliminé cierta información para proteger la identidad del remitente OOS aparentemente legítimo.

Sí, deberías hacer un cambio. Deberías agregar un registro SPF a tus dominios para que sea mucho más difícil para las personas hacerse pasar por ti.
