Excel, VBA divide un valor de celda en varias filas

Question

Estoy intentando automatizar algunos datos en Excel.

Necesito que el valor de la Columna A se divida en partes iguales por el número de "Línea de negocio" (Columna E) y mostrar cada "Línea de negocio" en una fila separada.

¿Es posible y cómo hacerlo?
