Instalación de Cuda con Conda: libcuda.so.1 no encontrado

He estado intentando instalar CONDA con Cuda en Centos 7. Estoy siguiendo estoinstalación. Cuando realizo la instalación, no aparece ningún error hasta que intento importar tensorflow en el entorno. Cuando lo hago, el siguiente seguimiento de pila acompaña a un error al importar:

El error es la imposibilidad de acceder al recurso libcuda.so.1. ¿Me equivoco al pensar que Conda se encarga de todos los aspectos de la instalación?
