Estoy tratando de comprender mejor los problemas que encuentro frecuentemente con nuestros servicios de red.
Tengo una computadora portátil que tiene Internet a través del enrutador de mi ISP. Cuando intento conectarme a mi trabajo a través de VPN, a menudo no puedo abrir ningún recurso compartido ni ningún otro recurso en la red del trabajo. Estoy tratando de aprender POR QUÉ.

Cuando intento hacer ping a un servidor en el trabajo que normalmente respondería, aparece:

1) ¿Es normal NO tener una puerta de enlace predeterminada en mi adaptador VPN, porque su propósito es enrutar DENTRO de la subred VPN (y para direcciones IP externas usaría mi adaptador de red wifi?
2) Por alguna extraña razón, "algo" en mi computadora portátil piensa que iai.nl debería responder en 192.168.0.0, lo cual no es el caso. ¿Esto proviene de la tabla ARP? Si no, ¿quién/qué está intentando hacer ping a 192.168.0.0?
