Así que recientemente nos mudamos a casa de nuestra abuela mientras nuestra casa estaba en venta. Ella tiene Armstrong Internet y actualizamos de su Zoom Express (12 Mbps abajo, 1 Mbps arriba) a su Zoom II (300 Mbps abajo, 20 Mbps arriba) y enviaron a alguien para configurarlo y nos dieron un nuevo módem que es el {Arris CM3200A}. Funcionó bien durante los primeros dos días, con un retraso ocasional mientras intentaba transmitir o jugar. Pero ahora no puedo jugar durante 5 minutos sin que mi PS4 se desconecte de PSN. Hicimos que un técnico viniera y pasara todos los cables nuevos desde el poste hasta la casa y luego desde la caja de la casa hasta el módem. También compramos un módem nuevo solo para ver si esa era una de las razones {Arris SurfBoard SB6183} pero todavía tenemos problemas. Y el problema es sólo un pico de ping de una fracción de segundo que hace que todo se desconecte. La gente de soporte sigue diciendo que es de nuestra parte y que podría ser nuestro enrutador [Netgear Nighthawk AC1900] pero conecté el módem directamente a nuestras dos PS4, Xbox One y PC. Todos muestran el mismo problema.Esta es la prueba que realicé hace un rato.
Lo único que encontré capaz de mostrar algún tipo de pico además de simplemente decir que había uno fue que ejecuté una prueba de ping en el CMD a los servidores de Google mientras jugaba y cuando me expulsaron del juego y PSN decía TTL caducado en tránsito. Los mensajes TTL caducados en pings (no en traceroutes) generalmente indican un bucle de red (bucle de enrutamiento). El dispositivo que informa el TTL caducado suele ser parte del bucle. Pregúnteles por qué su casilla en 24.101.13.198 a veces muestra signos de tener bucles de enrutamiento.
