Fusionar dos archivos Notepad++ y luego sobrescribirlos en uno de ellos

Esta pregunta puede parecer peculiar, pero ¿cómo puedo fusionar dos archivos (con cambios) en un solo texto?

Para aquellos que no entienden el diagrama complejo, tengo texto en el archivo 1 y el archivo 2. Necesito fusionar esos dos archivos en un solo archivo, pero el Archivo 2 sobrescribe sus cambios en el Archivo 1 pero su texto aún se conserva.

Tengo las mismas líneas en ambos textos que necesito fusionar con la ayuda del complemento de comparación que muestra líneas vacías y declaraciones sobrescritas. Sólo necesito fusionarlos en un solo archivo.

Archivo 1 (archivo antiguo)

Esta herramienta puede comparar visualmente hasta tres archivos, con múltiples opciones de comparación. Puede combinar cambios individualmente uno por uno o combinar todos los cambios a la vez. WinMerge también detectará casos en los que un grupo de líneas se reemplaza por un grupo con más o menos líneas.
