Verifique en Configuración/Ahorro de energía que Power Nap no esté habilitado en la batería. Lo desactivo incluso cuando estoy conectado.

Parece que tu Mac se despertó una vez a las 00:30 desde el modo de suspensión ligera durante casi un minuto, luego a las 07:59 desde el modo de espera cuando abriste la tapa.
También parece que se habría despertado nuevamente a las 09:00 si no lo hubieras abierto antes de que eso sucediera:

De forma predeterminada, los Mac están configurados para permanecer en modo de sueño ligero durante 3 o 4 horas. Durante este tiempo pueden realizar tareas en segundo plano, como sincronizar cosas.
