No estoy seguro si alguien se encontró con este problema y lo resolvió. Intenté investigar esto y no encontré una respuesta.
Recibo esta advertencia después de instalar e intentar ejecutar docker run hello-world.

He estado intentando instalar correctamente docker-ce en Ubuntu 16.04 en Windows ya que solo tengo la versión Windows 10 Home. No planeo actualizar mi Windows 10 a ninguna otra versión. Había probado un par de cosas. Miré varias fuentes y seguí las instrucciones, pero todavía tenía ese problema.

Corrí sudo systemctl status dockery obtuve este error:
The command could not be located because '/usr/sbin' is not included in the PATH environment variable.
This is most likely caused by the lack of administrative privileges associated with your user account.
service: command not found
Resolví este problema configurando RUTA
PATH="/sbin:$PATH"

Después de esto, terminé ejecutando sudo service docker statusy muestra que Docker no se está ejecutando, así que ejecutésudo service docker start
Revisé el estado una y otra vez y dice funcionando ahora. Corrí docker infoy obtuve lo siguiente:

Probé sudo docker run hello-worldnuevamente y recibí este mensaje:
