Error de Kex cuando me conecto vía ssh de forma remota en Windows

Estoy intentando utilizar el servidor/cliente ssh incorporado en Windows10:
ssh se abre bien cuando lo ejecuto ssh localhosto ssh user@local_IP_address(estoy usando autenticación basada en claves)

Ahora he reenviado el puerto 22 en mi enrutador y estoy intentando acceder a ssh a través de una IP externa.

ssh user@remote_IP_address

yo obtengo

error de protocolo kex: escriba 30 secuencia 1

cuando corro

Intenté usar PuTTY para conectarme y aparece un error similar incluso cuando reorganizo los algoritmos kex para que Diffie-Hellman group1 sea el último.

Hay casos raros, principalmente con máquinas virtuales, en los que PuTTY como interfaz de conexión SSH falla debido a que los elementos esenciales de seguridad de Microsoft o el firewall de Windows tienen una solución que debe configurarse; sin embargo, con respecto al tipo de cadena de error: Error de protocolo Kex: tipo 30 seq 1 El error supuestamente está definido por el intercambio del grupo Diffie-Hellman. KEX es absoluto, por lo que debe actualizarse tanto en el cliente como en el servidor para el uso de SSH, además, algunos terminales PuTTY como software deben actualizarse.
