¡virtual-box 5.0 funciona sin problemas de dependencias!
# apt-get install virtualbox-5.0

Mi primer paso sería conseguir que apt-get busque dependencias no satisfechas y las solucione usando sudo apt-get -f install.
Hay mucha más informaciónaquísobre lo que puede causar esto y posibles soluciones. Dicen en el enlace que la -f installopción es la más sencilla y la mejor para probar, luego entra en más detalles.
