Ethernet lento, a pesar del hardware GbE: buscando causas

Tengo problemas con velocidades de red lentas en mi red doméstica entre 2 cajas. Aquí están las especificaciones:

Cuadro 1: Rendimiento del ASRock H97, Manjaro

Cuadro 2: ASRock FM2A78M-ITX+, Debian9

Cambiar: netgear gs305v2

Ambas cajas se conectan al interruptor con cables Cat.7 (10m y 2m). Entonces todo debería funcionar con Gigabit Ethernet, ¿verdad?

Sin embargo, ejecutar iperf da este resultado:

¿Por dónde empiezo a buscar el problema?

Editar: Por un lado corrí iperf3 -spor el otro iperf3 -c xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. También probé las transferencias de archivos a través de NFS y rsync a través de ssh, lo que resultó en la misma velocidad.

Parece que la interfaz de Manjaro está configurada solo para 100 Mb/s.

Se arregló habilitar la negociación automática para la interfaz de red ethtool -s enp0s25 autoneg on.
