Cada aplicación .NET falla (AccessViolationException)

Acabo de reinstalar Windows 10 debido a algunos problemas que tenía.
Todas las aplicaciones .NET fallaban en mi computadora. Se abrió por un breve segundo y se cerró inmediatamente después.

Pensé que una reinstalación ayudaría (reparticionar e instalar una instalación limpia con el último instalador a través de USB), pero lamentablemente no fue así.

Noté esto por primera vez con Visual Studio 2019 y Visual Studio Installer. Ambos se cerraban inmediatamente al empezar.

Echando un vistazo al visor de eventos, donde vi un montón de errores relacionados con el tiempo de ejecución de .NET, me mostró AccessViolationExceptions.

Llevo una semana con este problema y todavía no encuentro nada.

Las pruebas de memoria no mostraron errores y también actualicé mi BIOS y verifiqué la RAM para ver si tenía valores correctos, como los tiempos y el perfil XMP. Todo es correcto.

No me enfrenté a nada similar antes. Nunca tuve tales problemas, la memoria está bien e incluso es nueva. Los tiempos incorrectos fE provocarían que muchas más aplicaciones fallaran, pero funcionan bien.

Actualización: arreglé esto hace mucho tiempo reemplazando la CPU (enviándola de regreso), ya que de hecho era una CPU corrupta.
