Nginx, PHP 7.2.22, 10.3.18-MariaDB

Versión de PHP actualizada recientemente de 7.1.17 a 7.2.22. Después de esto, el sitio web funciona bien. PHPMyAdmin configurado en un directorio personalizado con protección con contraseña no funciona. Se recibe el siguiente error
