¿WSL2 está habilitado de forma predeterminada para usuarios internos (después de la actualización de 1909)?

Descargué la última versión de actualización de Windows 1909 disponible para mí con la nueva Terminal de Windows (Vista previa) y opté por el programa Insiders, Slow Ring, que aparentemente ahora también tiene el material WSL2. Configuré todo correctamente y habilité WSL con la compilación de Ubuntu, pero no estoy al 100% de estar ejecutando WSL v2. Los comandos que encuentro en línea como: wsl -l -vo wsl --set-version Ubuntu 2simplemente no existen. La "página de manual" contiene sólo lo siguiente:

Arguments to run Linux binaries:

    If no command line is provided, wsl.exe launches the default shell.

    --exec, -e <CommandLine>
        Execute the specified command without using the default Linux shell.

    --
        Pass the remaining command line as is.

Options:
    --distribution, -d <DistributionName>
        Run the specified distribution.

    --user, -u <UserName>
        Run as the specified user.

Arguments to manage Windows Subsystem for Linux:

    --export <DistributionName> <FileName>

Pude instalar elExtensión VSCode remotaen mi Visual Studio Code, que creo que es algo de WSL2, lo que me hace pensar que han movido todo a la versión WSL2.

¿Alguna aclaración?
