Al conectarse con Tightvnc Viewer, aparece el error "Conexión no establecida porque la computadora de destino rechazó la solicitud de conexión".

Cambie su ~/.vnc/xstartuparchivo a:

unset SESSION_MANAGER
unset DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS
startxfce4 &
