¿Cómo puedo aprovechar mi GPU con este comando ffmpeg?

Necesitoextraer cada enésimo fotograma de un archivo mp4.

Este comando simplemente funciona bien para mí

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -vf "select=not(mod(n\,10))" -vsync vfr -q:v 2 img_%03d.jpg

Sin embargo, no parece aprovechar mi GPU ya que sólo maneja alrededor de 70 fps.

y sé que mi GPU podría transcodificar hasta 900 fps cuando ejecuto la transcodificación con escalado:

También lo intenté

Pero esto vuelve corrupto jpgs(Windows no puede verlos)
